Just bought my first Luger.....
It appears to be a VOPO of some type, has the grips and the C/N barrel.......
http://www.egun.de/market/item.php?id=3089504 Any thoughts on this? Paid too much/got a deal? Anyway, I've needed a Luger for the longest and wanted a VOPO, so I jumped in. It will be a while before this one makes it over here, but I can wait. |

It appears to be a Vopo or Russian capture
You don't say where you are from but at approximately $750 US flat you are in the higher range of fair for this pistol. Add to this any shipping, insurance, import/dealer fees and you may be slightly over. The two spare magazines help. If I were in the US I would have looked for a similar rig here locally. A run of the mill Vopo like this is not worth the import headaches to the US IMHO |

They don't get more 'VoPo' than this. Prices have been going up over here in the old world, so it's not that bad a deal if it would stay in Europe.
I'm afraid Alan has a good point here, by the time you get it to the US, it won't be a bargain deal anymore. But it's a nice VoPo nonetheless. |

that piece looks very nice.....don't get involved with
the constant struggle of finding just the "right" price....you will miss some good, enjoyable lugers that way......tom
