Default What kind of revisionist history is this?

Here are the current 2nd Amendment thoughts of one of our supreme court justices:

What kind of revisionist thinking leads to this kind of jurisprudence?

The last paragraph clearly suggests that we violate state and possibly federal laws...

Thank goodness the Republicans will have the House soon. Given another 2 more years of all Democrat's ruling the roost, after health care, Gay rights, ect. they would have gotten around to firearms. The only check would be the Surpreme Court.

Breyer is a hermit; a weirdo. G.H.W. Bush should never have appointed him in the first place.

The right of self defense is older than government.
