Default Help with Markings

One of our fellow MG-42 collectors on the MG42.us forum has a WWI Luger that was left on the Jersey Islands by a German, and he is wondering what the unit markings represent. I know you fellows are steeped in Luger lore, so I though I'd ask you guys.

I would like to know details of pistol such as full serial number, maker, date, etc. Marking is nonstandard but succinct.
