Default get better!!!

Hey Howard, it'd be one hell of a race between me and you right now... 100 yd dash, we'd have to start some time forenoon to get done by dark??? Probably couldn't call it a dash with us involved, wouldn't really need starting blocks either.... Also, don't think a finish line would be necessary ... .... Bring a tape measure, just to see who won! Best to you Howard, til...lat'r..GT

Noah's ark had its problems too! And we really are all in the same boat one way or another. Lots of us could join in the same foot race with you and G.T. But remember, speed isn't always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs. Take your time and get well. God bless.

After 6 months I am still not ready to even walk very far. Sounds like an interesting race. Bill

Default race....

Ookee Dokee Wlyon, you've got lane three.... but, as over the next few months, you'll improve at a rate you couldn't believe possible a month ago.. we may have to handicap, handicap you...(that's handicaped squared!...) like making you go the other way for awhile... But, one of the rules is.. cold beer has to be served at the starting line.. (a must for all competition such as this!) ... and, more importantly, cold beer at the finish line.. where ever, and when ever that may be.. .. Tough rules indeed.. But necessary to offset the pain endured... BTW, the race ends as soon as the starting gun goes off! Which starts the post race celibration.. with, you guessed it! More beer... OK, who wants lanes 4 thru 8?? Best to all, til...lat'r...GT

Default lane four!

Hi fn, you can have lane four! Sure, the guide dog is more then welcome...but, he will have to start, in your lane, behind you! So, technically, you'll be, "following ahead of him" ("Catch 22") which will reverse as soon as the starting gun goes off to end the race and we all go back, (all the while staying in our lanes, as much as possible) to get more beer...!!! You might just be able to pull off a win both ways... I'll check the rules on that.. .. Best to you, til....lat'r...GT...

Ahhh... sounds like to much trouble. Sound the starting gun, and pour the beer...
