2 for military. For commercial.... I don't know.
One with s/n. One with s/n and a "+" sign. === For commercial, probably one? Stoeger did not say how many magazines coming with their listed gun price. There was no extra magazine on the advertisement. A regular magazine listed $3 - $4. A 32-round drum listed $9.75. Tool came with 4" model, tool and rod come with 8" artillery, those're included in the gun price. But no mention of 2nd magazine. |

I read in a post some time ago that some early spare mags were marked with a dot instead of the +, but I've forgotten for which guns.

The only spare mags marked with a dot that I know of are Japanese Nambus.

Between 1908 and md 1911 German army P08's made by DWM were supplied with two magazines. The spare was indicated with a dot.

How many magazines orginally came with AE 1900? Probably a variable, depended on how much he/she paid, but how many magazines came with the gun without extra charge?
Or, more uniformly, issued gun, e.g. TE 1900, how many magazines were issued per gun? |

Klaus, I too have seen Weimar Police mags marked with a #3 (in addition to the #1 & 2 mags) but in all cases these appeared to be later Police procured mags (some early Schmeisser marked) not ones sent from DWM with the guns. TH
