Is there a book which includes the yearly production figures for the DWM and Erfurt starting in 1910?

Yes. It's "Imperial Lugers" by Jan C. Still. Regards

Bill, Jan Still's last book Central Powers Pistols also contains these figures and is still available through the author for a lot less than the hard to find Imperial Lugers. You will not find a more up to date and great source of information than this book. I have both and would not consider being without them as a reference. Curt
