Default Kriegsmarine

I'm mostly a newbie, but learning rapidly. I'm comfortable around the Army and Commercial, but don't know nuttin' about no Navy.

I'm looking at a 1938 Kriegsmarine. Nice looking piece, and the price seem fair. Strap marked "Nxxxx". It has the million dollar chip, but Hugh says no problem. Wondering about the unnumbered firing pin? How rare?

What say the experts? Take it and run, or look for better?

Don't sweat the firing pin; the gun may or may not be a bargain depending on cost.

My motto is to take the deal and run. Then keep looking for another...

From the pictures it looks like the barrel is not seated against the frame. Or is that just a reflection ?
