Marking on loading tool

I'm new to picking up loading tools, so please excuse a newbie question. I picked up this loading tool at a gunshow this morning and not sure of the marking. Is this a fake? Thanks, Larry

Hi Larry, it sure looks good to me. It's an Eagle over Large 63 and is proper for 1939 Code 42 Lugers.
