This guy bought this from a member of the forum a couple of months ago. He paid $1025 + $90 import fee. It's at $1600 and hasn't met his reserve. Previously, it was listed as reblued and now that's not mentioned.

He even used the original pictures.

I liked the price breaks this collector was offering to sell his guns to fellow collectors on the boards...NOT...

It's something else when private guys come in higher even than the highest retail shops...

I guess it is just about the money... Buy low, sell extra high...

A 1920's DWM commercial in 7,65 mm for $ 2450 asking...WOW...

boy, you guys have me completely confused. I can't tell if you are complaining about Peter or about the gunbroker guy, or someone else. Guess I am pretty stupid this week

Here's Peter's G-B auction that shows what he sold it for. At a little over $1100, I think this guy got a good deal.

Ed, I'm not complaining about Peter. I'm complaining that this guy is now trying sell it and not mention it's reblued.

Tracy, I pretty much understood what you were saying, but Pete muddied up the waters. I am a fairly intelligent guy I think, and I was dazed and confused with his remarks...

If the luger was imported from Canada it will have an import mark on it.
It seems to be missing in the ad.

This is not always the case.

It may not be the case for all, but I have asked the dealer about import marks prior and he informed me that they will have a small one which is not very noticeable. From what I come to figure out he does not do many imports so he would not miss marking a pistol.

I saw the ad and was suprised to see my photos used!!.....it's a small world(especially now with the internet)and this certainly goes to show how strange things happen and now we can all find out all about these events!!
