Isn't a starting price of $880 tantamount to a reserve?

Yep...you're right.
But $ 880 is almost a give-away with today's pricing of these Mauser-Interarms. |

I'm not sure of the pricing of Mauser-Interarms swiss model in Calf. but down here in Florida I see them on the table at gun shows around $900, I wouldn't say its a give-away Jim

NIB with 6" 9mm barrel seems to run well over $ 1150 in CA.
