Default 9mm +p ammo? Hollowpoints?

Any opinions on 9mm+p ammo in old or new lugers? Are they dangerous despite the stiff action of the luger toggle? And what happens with the use of hollowpoints, just out of curiosity?

I personaly wouldn't shoot plus-p ammo in my Lugers. Remember these old gals are 60 to80 years old. HP would be O.K. if standard load. Also some Lugers won't feed HP. Mine does so I sometimes do shoot my own reloaded Hp. My .02
