Holster and Belt ID

Can anyone ID this holster? It looks like the spare mag pouch is missing.

Hi Mark,

My guess would be Dutch or Hungarian. Possibly Bulgarian.

Another collector emailed me privately and thinks it might be Belgium, I would think for an FN1922?

What do you think?
