Honest M1914...
Decent looking Navy...but made up of 2 differing serial numbers.
Photos are good to show, IMO, an honest luger...even has "halos" and the large rear toggle pin flange. Too bad the seller thinks it is still a collection piece with opening bids at $ 4500... http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=43267898 |

Pete,
as I often say "People can ask whatever price they want to, but what they get is often something else.". Too bad the serial numbers are all mixed up. Theres probably another nice Navy out there somewhere very simular to this one. Big Norm |

Should someone send him a message about mixed numbers and value?

Brent,
It would only insult or irritate the guy. If he is so vacuous as to think his mix master is worth $4K, he is pretty well beneath the norm for rational thought. Tom A |
