Hello,
Can someone please post photos of the inside of a drum magazine? I read in another post that it was safe to take the cover off as long as the spring housing was left alone. Since I got my shooter grade artillery luger, I have been interested in how the drums work. Someday I hope to get one. Thanks. |

This same question was asked a couple of months ago (a friend had a broken trommel magazine), and the consensus was that it was fairly dangerous to even open one up.

David,
Indeed I never took the drum mag apart; however, John Sabato very kindly sent me a copy of the blueprints for one, email me at dwightg@pacifier.com and I will pass it on to you. --Dwight |

Hello David
As you see in the "member galery" I have some model and it's easy to open them so i can do some pic for you say me exactly you want.As you know you must take the telescoping windind lever in his "blokade" so the spring for the cardriges is free and you could put the 32 cardriges easy after you remouve the winding lever who compress the mag spring it acentuate the push on the cardriges Sorry for my poor engish Best regards Pat

Hello,
Thanks for the help. Dwight emailed me the blueprints. All I need now is the time to study them. LU1900, thanks for offering to take photos. Since I have the blueprints, I don't need for you to open your mag. I just noticed John and maybe others would like to see the photos. Thanks again, David O |
