Default luger magazine question

Hi. My first post.
I bought the magazine on the right from ebay. It is too wide for the DWM Luger I have. It is about .477 inches thick. It does not have a ridge like the one on the left that fits my 30 luger. It looks to have a plastic base plate and follower. It was sold as for a luger and having a wooden base plate. what is the magazine for ? It cannot go into the DWM 30 luger I have. I have several magazines that do fit and all have ridges that are wider than the rest of the magazine width. The seller would not accept a return.
Thank yall

I think it's for a Mitchell or AIMCO luger.

I looked it up. I have never heard of one but it looks like you are right.

I see this "Rare, very hard to find Factory Original Mitchell Arms American Eagle Luger Magazine 9mm" on ebay and it looks like mine.

Too bad for me.

Thank you

No, not too bad.
They are scarce, so you can probably re-sell it.

They are interesting guns in their own right, although many had some issues.
I liked their looks and stainless steel construction.
They just needed some refinement that never happened.
