The first thing I would do is cut a 0.1" wide slot in a repro sight the same depth as an orignal fixed sight on the 4" models, so you can see the front sight, I hate those little notches on the original Navys, they look good on them, but on a shooter I want to see the front sight. This was done of several of the shooters standard Luger models and it really helps the alignment of the sights! Thor
