Hello

I would relay appreciate help to identify some markings on my 1918 DMW.

Grattis för att förvärva nya Luger

Your DWM manufactured Luger has had it's barrel replaced and has been refinished at some point since leaving the factory. Your left grip has the "million dollar chip", but that can be repaired. Experts that do that work are on the forum, and it should be possible to ship just the grip to and from them in the USA if you want to unless Swedish law gets in the way.

The marks on the receiver are military acceptance and proof marks. I just published the updated faq, which should be helpful to you:

The wooden based magazines are quite vulnerable to breakage. Consider getting a modern replacement to use at the range.
