Numerich repro side plate

Question folks, any one have experience with one of these. I have a '37, S42 that has some sort of aftermarket side plate that someone tried to stamp (poorly) the numbers on. I would rather have a blank plate. My plate does work fine, just sorta looks strange. I found a matching # side plate on Jan's site, in Russia, however it was an Erfurt plate. Thanks and best to all.
