Were all police holsters including mine have the strap up cofiguration? Could You possibly photograph their reverse?

Bill, A very fine collection! I don't know how many people noticed but recently I spotted what I believe was an original 1925-26 WW 1 style Police holster on Ebay. You commonly see conversions from Army holsters but I can't remember ever seeing one made as an original before.
