That "unusual stock/holster is worth about 5 years in Federal prison if you are caught with it and a Luger...it ain't on the ATF exemption letter.

They "ain't exempt...unless they have been exempted!"
It requires a written request and approval by BATF before anything is exempted! Then it will be listed in their book issued to C&R holders.. Orv Reichert |

Somewhere I have read a write up about this stock or one Z'ackly like it but I am away from my references for a couple of months supporting a client project and am having a senior moment..Dontcha just hate it when that happens!
But I have seen pictures of it or a duplicate somewhere.. Tom |

Sure it is $200 big ones but doesn't it have to be actually attached to the Luger in order to have committed a crime? or is mere possession of both items considered to be the illegal act?
