need info

I have a Luger with the numbers 1916 across the top, four digit s/n with the matching two digit numbers on all other parts. I am trying to find out the value of the gun. Any ideas on how I go about finding out more?

Jim, welcome to the forum.

Best approach is to post photos of the gun so folks can look at it.

YUP! Photos. Otherwise it's like saying you have a 1967 Mustang, and asking what's it's worth. Could be a gem, could be a beater....
