The tools appears to be WWII vintage and is stamp with WaA 56 under a straight wing eagle. There is also a partial second stamp under the first one as the Wa on the top stamp is not clear unless maginification is used and then it is very clear. I have never seen a a SE/56 stamp. Is this unusual?
