Default buying a first luger

can you suggest a highly reliable dealer from who i might purchase my first luger. i am looking for an entry level collector gun and will purchase same from a dealer over the internet. i am not limited to any specific type at this time and primarily want to deal with someone who has a highly established reputation for integrity. thanks for your help.

Although I have never bought anything from Peter, I know that his reputation is outstanding.

Another option might be CheckPoint Charlies. I've seen some reasonable stuff in his offerings. He doesn't seem to like to take good pictures, which sucks, but he does stand behind his sales, from what I've heard.

Good luck with your first purchase. Peter won't steer you wrong...

Thumbs up

Yup, I give Peter a big thumbs up too!! I have dealt with him for several years and have never been disappointed!

Although he does have some difficulty with the alpha suffix identification on occasions!!

But then, don't we all!!

Oh cripes! Another Steve in NC!!

Welcome to the forums Steve. Is this your first Luger? You know you can't just say "Oh, I got this great new Luger" and not post pictures of it! Wazzamattayou?

I've heard a lot of good things about Charlie. And Pete too...

Post some pictures of that Black Widow, man! I need eye candy!!
