The left (rear) most acceptance mark appears to be an imperial crown over G, which would indicate some type of rework according to Costanzo. TH

My eyes are not as good as they were, but the mark to me looks like a star burst over a C. I think thats the mark your asking about Jim

yes, in the back of my mind, I thought I had read that, that mark was not a Starburst for the weimar police, but newer, i.e. east german?
