Which lugers have stock attachments?

Do all lugers have the slot for attaching a stock? I guess Artillery models do but which others?

Paul, the answer is yes and no.

Prior to about mid-1913 none had it (except for some prototypes).

After mid-1913 *most* had it.

Be aware that using a stock on any but approved (artillerys and navies, a *few* other exceptions), is strictly illegal and can get you into big trouble.

Adding to Ed's reply :

None of the DWM-Swiss or Bern-Swiss lugers had a stock lug...except for a couple of prototypes...(M1929 series if I recall correctly...).

Ah yes, and let us not forget the post-1913 examples made by Mauser WITHOUT the stock lug: the 1935 Portuguese GNR, the 1934/06 Commercial and contract grip-safety models, and the 1934 Swedish contract without a grip safety. All of them were low production pieces so it is easy to overlook them.

How about the Vickers Dutch Lugers, no stock lug either.

And the DWM-made Dutch lugers as well. Lugless.

Do note that the Dutch NAVY lugers have them.
