Question: PM Inbox Full?

Your Private Message folder can show nothing in the Inbox - and still be "full", as both your INBOX and SENT messages count toward the total.

To clean them out:

Open MY PROFILE, and then select PRIVATE MESSAGES...

Next, while in your Inbox, select - Show Messages and select the other drop down box From: "the beginning".

Delete any old ones you may have missed...

Next, in the "Jump to Folder" - select "Sent Items" - and delete any of those you don't want (again -From: "the beginning") .....
