Council members in Geuda Springs, Kansas, population 210, have passed an ordinance requiring residents to keep a gun in the house, or pay a $10 fine. Officials said homeowners had to protect themselves, since Gueda Springs can't afford a police force. "Everybody out of town is making this thier business," said shop owner Phillip Russell.
