John,
Your assumption on what I was looking for is completely backwards. I was looking for original finished Lugers at the going prices, and $2200 for two import, refinished Mauser military Lugers is not trying to get any great deal. You keep twisting everything I say, which is your privilege. My posts explain my position, and regardless of what you think, if someone does not tell you all the information, and leaves out half of the facts, it doesn't matter what questions you ask. I'd say being import marked and refinished is two fairly important points to be left out. I've explained myself enough, think what you will! |

Having started collecting in France 6 years ago I have always had immense pleasure discussing with Tom.
His patient and wise advice has been a key factor and helped me tremendously in building up my collection and knowledge. I can say that I am as well as other collectors on this forum very privilleged to benefit from the wisdom of such an exemplary person. Unmatched quality of parts and services, perfectionism and passion combined, have very naturally develloped our phone conversations in a friendly and warm relationship. Although we have not met in person I can feel the good vibes, and everybody who has dealt with Tom knows what I mean. It's just that when on the phone you smile, the other can feel it. Everybody knows Tom has a very positive approach to life and is a real gentleman in business. Maybe Bill Munis should not insist in making negative feelings and ideas, cloud his own place under the sun. Hobbies stand for learning and enjoyement. Alain Capel |

Mr.Capel,
Were you successful in getting information on the .45 Luger you mentioned recently, or do I have you confused with someone else on the forum? |

I have only had one dealing with Tom Heller and was very satisfied. I purchased a reblued Mauser model 30 broomhandle and it was exactly as he described it. He even replaced the main recoil spring when I told him that it would not always lock closed. The problem was solved and I will not hesitate to buy from him in the future.
