Here's an ad from "back in the day" (1964, IIRC)...

I purchased a Mauser Broomhandle replica back in 1973-74. I still have it (I am a packrat) the box and the printed material. It is really not bad for being a replica. It was the closest that I could come to owning a Broom in those days.
