WARNING Pay Pal Scam

I like Paypal, it has its uses. if you sell on e-bay or the like, money is right there. I have never had a problem with it. doesn't mean I trust them

I use a savings account that only has about $35 in it, I transfer money if I buy something. For other on-line purchases and as a back-up, I use a Amex credit card that is guaranteed not to screw me if something happens.

Life is risk, and I try to minimize it, yet make life easier.
