My sling is marked MP38 and MP 40 and looks a lot like a K98k sling without the tab on the end. It has the cross hatching. I am fairly sure it is a reproduciton althought sold as an original. I came with the MP 40. I fired the gun a few days ago while on a deer hunt (not at a deer) and it worked well.
