Anybody gonna translate?

Probably not. There is a lot of text and would require a pretty long post. That is one of the things about Luger collecting that requires a bit of personal effort. There is a terrific amount of information out there in many languages. If you are going to be a serious student of Luger lore, it means setting down with a language dictionary or going to one of the translation web sites and slogging through the process of translating on your own. I have a library of Luger literature in six or seven different languages. Some of the info in these books are repetitious and can be ignored. But sometimes there is a gem of new knowledge in one of them and I have to dig it out word by word. It is part of the fun, just like tracking down a new Luger. A lot of the reward is in the hunt.
