The only other one I've seen is in Jan Still's collection, and is featured in his book AXIS PISTOLS, page 359. All standard Luger magazines will fit. It was originally part of the famous German made Persian Artillery rig circa 1934, which Still calls "the most exotic and impressively factory marked of all production Lugers"

I have no idea if this is real, or not, I do know that I have seen them for sale on e-bay many times.
