If you don't mind me playing devil's advocate....
There are a lot of jerks out there buying stuff. Sellers are not the only problem. High shipping charges discourage returns, a good way to make sure buyers are actually making a final decision without stating "No Returns". I personally don't have a problem with it as long as the seller is up front about the charges. Jack
