Hey Gang !
I was digging around in my foot lockers to retrieve my Luger holsters . I was just wondering if any of em "might" be rare or if they are your typical run of the mill . One is marked on the back CWW , WaA 150 (i think) , and a 1942 date. The other is marked on the back Gebruder Klinge , Dresden , 1936 , WaA 142. This 1936 one I got with a 1910 DWM Hussar marked Luger a few years back and when I got it home I noticed that the sn# stamped on the front dang near matches my 1936 S/42 , just missed by a couple hundred . So close but yet so far ! Oh well , sorry to keep rambling on but any feedback on these hosters would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks ! Shawn Grear |

I read an older post just now that said the 1936 Gebruder Klinge are the most common .Maybe I'll find something on the CWW 1942 too !

Shawn,
cww was the makers code for Carl Weiss, in Braunschweig. Code was assigned in 1942. So these could be on the scarce side. Luger holster production ceased in 1943, I believe. I'm not an expert , so take it for what it's worth. Ron

Luger holster continued until early 1945. I have an example.
