Tony,
If it helps you in valuing the gun, I can tell you about the 2 I own and my experiences in procuring them. My first is S/N 4CH1036. It is all original with the original painted finish in over 90% condition along with its excellent 1945 dated stock. The stock has strap and has at least a 95% finish that is only marred by a few dings and one off colored place around the "button." The gun has all matching numbers and correct magazine. It was bought last year from a good friend who sold it to me for just under $!000.00 which was a good deal. This is much more common than your boxed set however. My gun is probably worth around the $1500.00 range, but they trade in a very small circle. My second is S/N 4 T3059. It is in excellent condition with over 95% of the original paint, unit marked, original Canadian Wartime textile holster in excellent condition along with 2 matching mags and original tool. I purchased it for $775.00 and consider it well bought. The original box and condition of the piece you are interested in makes it quite a nice find. The most remarkable item also on your gun is the Canadian label on the foregrip. That is very rare to find on a gun in satisfactory condition. Jack Hiles Mesa AZ 480 219 6676
