Brent, the BAIII indicates that the holster was ditributed by Bekleidungsamt III. According to most thinking, this would be the Supply depot of the Third Army Corps. As to the maker's mark, I would think that your BERL is part of BERLIN, there were quite a few saddlers in the capital.
