Nice looking sight adjustment tool but I agree with Albert, The handle should have the wear not the sight block.
Mr Armstrong is high bidder and I know he knows what he's doing. As for the dagger in a sheath, I cannot see the photo well enough ...I got my suspicions...Maybe Tom will comment on it..Jerry Burney
