Removing White

I like to have it to make them show up in photos. Usually people use stuff that comes right out. (The safety area, geishert (sp) should have whiting).

I would be very careful in any kind of solvent.... If Hoppes doesn't work, then maybe they used something more like paint?

Persistent rubbing with a small toothbrush and hoppes didn't work, then maybe use a wood toothpick to test how hard it is?
