Mike, welcome to the forum. It might be best to start a seperate thread (a new posting), this way you can receive e-mails when folks reply to "your" thread.
I am afraid your question is far to open, as they made lugers for over 60 years, plus they were made by several different manufacturers. Giving us your serial number and showing us good clear pictures of the markings can help us to help you, Ed
