Hi,
Well, it depends on the territory. Barrel needs to be 'deactivated' in Germany, parts need to be welded shut in Belgium. And pistols need to be sliced in two lengthwise over here in the Netherlands!!! People who have gun permits can keep 'em in one piece, though
