I replaced the mainspring on my shooter early Saturday morning at 8AM . With only one cup of coffee in me, some breakfast and a few tools I got the mainspring in the frame in about 6 minutes. However, when I compressed the spring I used a small rubber mallet to help tap the spring in the frame when I compressed it on the floor and it actually hooked the recoil lever so I skipped the last step in the instructions.

THANKS TED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE_________

Today I was at the range and put 200 rounds through two Lugers, I am becoming addicted ... have had a P.38 addiction for over ten years and now I am addicted to Lugers. 1911's were my first addiction, should I seek professional help?

What should I do? Can I lose my carry permit because I am an addict?

HELP!!!!

Mark
