Colt 1911A1?

Hello again,
I was wondering if there is anyone who would know what type of grips would be on the 1911A1 that I bought.(See post) It has plastic(?)brownish or chocolate brown color ones now(odd color.Is this right for an WWII or maybe Korea era gun? Who would I buy from if not? No markings on grips that I can see, but clean with no damage. Also, should chamber on the barrel have pakerizing it(Front end has a some left on it)? If so who would do this work? Is there someone in Dallas maybe? Should I leave it alone?
