I picked up a real nice 1920 Com'l early in the day, only bargain I saw all day. I think I know the dealer you are asking about and his name escapes at the moment. He does have a lot of nice lugers, did you see his Cartridge Counter ? I may see him this weekend...any message ? He's a "high asker".
