Once a year, a few friends and I go out in BLM areas in CA-State and have a shooting outting.

My favorite target donation over the past two years has been a 40 lb. suckling pig. It is a little expensive, but really shows the dramatic effect of hollow-point rounds.

We usually freeze it solid and during the travel time, it thaws out and is usually just right...when it comes time for newcomers to see what a HP round can do...

It is also a very good visual aid for the lecture on gun safety.
