I think John is trying to make us drool over the fine condition of his holster! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> What more do you need to know besides the outstanding condition?!

I think that John was thinking that brown or black were issued to certain groups. Many people have said that brown was Luftwaffe, but that was probably not true. In Jan Still's books, he does show that brown police and black police holsters were issued to certain types of police, but yours is a non-police holster.

Edward, thanks for the reply. My books don't tell me anything about these holsters.
Also, thank you all for the nice comments. I would never sell it but I do wonder what it's worth. |

Hi Johnnv! I can't see the back, to look at the loops, but the maker is pretty desirable.. holsters like in that condition have been selling for $275 to $325 on ebay lately! Hard to say though... depends on the market! Best to you, til..lat'r...GT

That holster was made the same year I was, and I am not in nearly that good of shape.

Hi Ron! No one will be able to tell, if they can't see your belt loops!
