There is a guy in Texas that advertises all kinds of Luger parts on GunBroker.com. His name is "dkf". Recently, he had a shot out Navy barrel for sale for a "reasonable price". Perhaps he could be talked into measuring it for you, or lending it to you for a while to do the same. Give it a try, who knows?
