Go to www.treasury.gov and then do a search on batf...everything you need is there.
Oh, FWIW, you do want a C&R because it is unlikely you can qualify for a Type 01 license. C&Rs can acquire from any legal source weapons that qualify as C&R. For non-C&R weapons, you still have to go through a Type 01. Tom A. |
