DWM Navy luger. 200 meter rear sights. matching except for side plate. Reworked, reblued, stock lug ground, rear sight ears were ground down just leaving a slight V to sight with. Export marked Germany. Not a collector's piece, just a shooter.
But I did not join this talk board to sell a gun, just trying to add to my limited knowledge of lugers. Can anyone tell me why they ground down the stock lug and sight on this gun? I've seen more than one with the stock lug ground off. I at first thought it had something to do with meeting Versaille Treaty requirements. But maybe import laws?
