Brew-ha-ha, There is one currently on Ebay, slightly damaged but readable according to the seller.
I will say I sold my copy several years ago because the photography in this book is no to very high standards. It has enough useful information to overlook this serious flaw and I too am looking for a copy. Good Luck! Jerry Burney
